Abadszalok is the most eventful settlement of the Lake Tisza, because here was built up the tourist centre. It became the paradise of that tourists who like the water sports, free strands and big parties. The settlement is visited by one houndred thousand visitors in every year, where the Abadszalok Summer Program are taken. These programs are interesting and high qualified.
For a long time the cultural programs of the arts and sports have been taking here similar to the traditional programs such as the beauty of the village show and the Cup of the Lake Tisza, which is a fishing competition or here is organized the swim competition across the lake in every year.

Sights

Puppe Museum: In this museum are exhibited 218 pieces of 56 cm-high puppes dressed in more than 560 uniform chloches. The most of them were descended from the Carphatian Basin but here are exhibited typical national costumes of more than 60 countries. In additional the local historical collection also worths to see.
